In the heart of America's legal system lies a hidden crisis: a broken system within family courts. What should be a beacon of hope for families in crisis becomes a nightmare of injustice and broken trust. For over 30 years, there has been a heartbreaking pattern of children being.

Taken away from their mothers, in its great majority, handed over to abusers by a system that claims to act in their best interests. Family law Court was supposed to protect children however our research shows it's happening the opposite. The current legal system is a continuation process in which children are extracted from mothers and given to abusers in a system that is trained to state their decisions are in "the best interest of the child" when it is the opposite.What commonly occurs in family court are violations of our Constitutional and human rights. For instance, the separation of a mother's nurturing care is an aberration of nature, one that is changing the landscape of America for generations by converting innocent children into traumatized and sick teens and adults.

The Mothers of Lost Children movement started years after the custody crisis began and this sadly confirms that this court-assisted kidnapping started in or about 1990.

Coincidentally, in 1990 a man only law firm was founded with a new and unique twist at the time, to "protect men and fathers' rights." Hence, the Men's Rights Movement was born!

This successful law firm has expanded throughout the United States and into the UK, Australia and Japan. Soon enough the successful modus operandi was replicated by copycat law firms throughout the land, making family law a multibillion-dollar industry. Delay techniques, unnecessary filings, manufacturing false allegations in an effort to increase billing renders mother litigants penniless. Sadly, the law firms financial success is based on depriving mothers and children of their rights.

The Violence Against Women Act (or VAWA) was initially signed into law in September 1994 by US President Bill Clinton. As the name implied, the act addressed women as victims, and to protect women from abuse. The Law provided funding for domestic violence victims, shelters, and legal services so that women requesting restraining orders could keep the house and the children.

Since attorney's claimed the law was not gender exclusive, it opens the door for men only firms to commonly use the restraining order as a scheme in unsuspecting mothers which are all the sudden deprived of child custody and ejected from the family home. It is all about monetary.

The very laws that were created to protect women and children are being used to victimize them. Women are blind-sided in the battles for child custody with the tools designed to protect them.

Patrice Lenowitz Executive Director of the Nurtured Parent and Victims Rights Advocate states: "women receive 2nd class status in family courts" "across the nation Family courts routinely fail the most vulnerable in our society; mothers and their children in crisis seeking a life free from abuse."

Most of cases where the mother has experienced abuse, the perpetrators of intimate partner violence use DARVO techniques. DARVO stands for: Deny, Attack, Reverse Victim and Offender; used to deflect blame. engage in personal attacks on the victim's credibility, making her defensive; then the perpetrator assumes the role of victim to successfully obtain a restraining order. The goal is to remove child custody from mothers while terrorizing them in the process.

IN USA "EVERY YEAR, IT IS ESTIMATED FAMILY COURTS SENTENCE 58,000 CHILDREN, (ENOUGH TO FILL A FOOTBALL STADIUM), TO LIVE WITH OR HAVE UNSUPERVISED CONTACT WITH PARENTS WHO ARE ABUSIVE, NEGLIGENT OR PREDATORY." Child-Justice.Org, Leadership Council.

This is not only an aberration but also violates the constitutional rights of parents. The separation of a child from their mother, especially in cases where there's no valid reason for it, goes against the natural order.

A mother's care is fundamental to a child's well-being. Tearing a mother apart through litigation inflicts profound traumas and other consequences. The children are severely impacted and most experience lifelong consequences, such as struggles with mental health and social functioning. As a result of actions taken in family court, innocent children are growing up to be deeply scarred teenagers and adults.

Their continued monetary success is based upon gains derived from the pain of unsuspecting mothers who have been suddenly deprived of child custody and ejected from the family home. The very laws that were created to protect women and children are being used to victimize them instead through the family courts.

For this reason, transparency and heightened awareness are crucial to restoring a broken system.

There is no hope on the horizon under this regime of injustice and deprivation of constitutional rights. The best interest of the child standard has been foregone for 30 years, creating a new, larger wave of dysfunctional adults by renewing the cycle of abuse.

We must educate America to help prevent the spread of this epidemic. Most people prefer to live in a state of bliss and turn their heads away from conflict, but that is not serving our children or the greater good. Millions of children have been separated from their loving mothers. People might think it is uncommon or may not realize it is occurring unless it happens to you or someone you love, perhaps your daughter, granddaughter, neighbor, or friend, this trend is seriously on the rise. It is critical that we educate all women on their rights under the law.

Through education, constant activism, and increased awareness, we can forge a better system than our family courts. We can save our young from the long-term repercussions caused to young adults who will one day become parents and perpetuate the cycle of abuse if the necessary interventions do not occur. With extreme determination, mobilization of volunteers, the media, and education on the subject, we must stop the current injustices from recurring.

Let's save our children and the future of this country and the world by reorganizing/ abolishing family courts and moving toward a jury system that allows for community involvement and protections for mothers and children. Abuse will no longer be kept in the dark. Our vision is to ensure that every family receives justice that is guaranteed under law.
